We offer a full range of services from one off cleans to a fully managed service and everything on the scale in between.  

Full property management

15% of revenue - We will create a listing on all short term letting websites, advertise, answer questions about your property, handle bookings, meet & greet guests where appropriate, check guests out and ensue the property is returned to a fully let-able condition again.   You can just sit back and let us do the hard work.

Online management

10% of revenue - We will create a listing on all short term letting websites, advertise, answer guest questions and deal with all guest communication including check in & out information, handle all aspects of bookings and deal with all payments on your behalf and co-ordinate your housekeepers.

Maintenance

Variable hourly rate — We have a very good working relationship with a team of highly skilled tradesman to ensure that your property is never out of action for any longer than is necessary to sort out a maintenance issue.  We will of course carry out routine maintenance like changing batteries or light bulbs at no extra cost. 

Advice & consultation 

Variable hourly rate - After many successful years of hosting through on line platforms we think we have a pretty good idea what attracts high quality guests whilst maximising revenue.  We can offer advice and help with listings, websites, brochures & literature, just contact us to start an initial discussion.
